武汉大学与意造网共建3D打印创新平台WuHan University and 3Deazer sign to Build up Innovation 3D print Platform

3D打印作为一项新兴技术,一经问世就引起了众人的注意,这不仅仅是因为这项新技术让人感觉眼前一亮,更是因为它给各行各业带来新机遇。从传统制造业到医疗行业、食品行业再到电影行业等,已经有越来越多的行业加入了3D打印应用领域。3D打印在各个行业创造的奇迹已经充分证明了其无限的可能性。在相继征服了几大行业以后,3D打印如今又获得了文化创意及教育领域的青睐,有望为文化创意及教育产业插上科技的翅膀。

意造网联合高校  共建3D打印创新平台

武汉大学作为全国知名高校,一直致力于文化创新领域的研究,尤其是2009年获文化部批准,在武汉大学建立“国家文化创新研究中心”,这也是文化部在高校建立的首个国家文化创新基地。近年来,在文化创新理论研究及文化创新体系的建设上,武汉大学深知科技支持的重要性,而3D打印技术作为时下最具潜力的新兴技术,如果能被运用到文化教育领域来,自然对促进文化创新及教育的发展有长远的利益。

为落实科技与文化相结合的发展理念,武汉大学拟在三到五年建立3D打印教育培训计划。为此,中工武汉大学设计研究有限公司联合武汉大学产业部及产学研基地及武汉大学文创中心与意造网签订了3D打印创新平台战略合作书。

据了解,一直以来,意造网都很注重3D打印在各个领域的应用与开发,且已经在工业、建筑、汽车级民用等领域取得较好成绩,此次能与武汉大学签订3D打印创新平台战略合作方案,除了地域上的优势以外,其在业内的名声也是获得到武汉大学信赖的一大原因。

校企政三方联合  有助形成产业集群

其实,国内 3D打印在文化创意及教育上应用不是没有,但主要还是以高校单独研究的模式为主,像这种学校、企业、政府三方联合的战略合作方式, 应该算国内高校或者国内3D打印企业的全新尝试。

在政府支持下,将武汉大学在文化创新研究领域的环境及人才储备优势与意造网3D打印云平台在3D打印技术、设备上的优势结合起来,共建文化创意3D打印基地,实际上是一种强强联合。既有利于促进武汉大学在文化创意及教育领域的研究及其3D打印创新人才培养计划,也有利于意造网在3D打印应用市场上的进一步扩大。由于3D打印在生产成本及设计创新等方面的绝对优势,使得其在各个领域的参与度逐渐变高,此次与文创教育领域的结合,很有可能形成一个3D打印文创教育产业集群。

尽管3D打印技术有待完善,国内3D打印行业正处于高速发展期,也有不少业内人士看好此次3D打印与文化创意及教育领域的合作。如果双方能在发挥各自的优势上协同创新,相信武汉大学的3D打印教育人才培训计划会尽快得以实施,国内3D打印产业的发展也将拥有更强大的技术支持。

As a well-known university, Wuhan University has built up the “National Cultural and Creative Research Center” in 2009. Ever since then, Wuhan University was fully aware of the importance of 3D printing technology in terms of application in the cultural and education. The University is planning to establish the 3D print training program in 3 or 5 years. Therefore, as the first step to achieve their goal, Wuhan University and it’s Cultural and Creative Research Center signed strategic cooperation agreement with 3Deazer to build up a 3D innovation printing platform.

3Deazer (3DEAZER China Development Labs, 3DEAZER), was founded in 2012. After 2 years of development, 3DEAZER has become one of the largest 3D print service development center in China with proven references from manufacturing, construction and automotive industries.

In fact, this story is not the first case that university worked with 3d print business unit. However, it is the first strategic cooperation between university, business unit and local government. Since 3D print technology has absolute advantage in terms of lower down the cost of production and diversify the innovation of design, it is likely to such kind of cooperation might have the industry cluster effect in the surrounding area.

Although 3D printing technology in China is only at the starting point, many people think high about this cooperation. Based on the platform, 3D printing training program can be realized soon. Supported by the strength from both sides, such kind of cooperation will work at a technology supporting back office to support China’s 3d printing industry to be improved to another level.
