北京数字化医疗3D打印协同创新联盟成立/Beijing set up the Collaborative Innovation Alliance of Digital Medical 3D Print

为了解决目前3D打印材料、装备、工艺、软件和应用等方面存在的主要问题,开展数字化医疗3D打印关键技术研究,进行基础研究、应用开发、产业化“全研发链”的协同攻关,北京数字化医疗3D打印协同创新联盟28日举行成立仪式,联盟单位包括北京工业大学、国药集团中国医药对外贸易公司、北京京城机电控股有限责任公司、太极计算机股份有限公司、安泰科技股份有限公司、北京隆源自动成型系统有限公司、北京大族汉狮高功率激光装备科技有限公司、北京海目激光与数控发展公司、北京飞虹激光公司、北京纳通科技集团有限公司、比利时Materialise公司、EOS光电技术有限公司、中国科学院自动化研究所、中国人民解放军总医院、北京大学口腔医院、佳美口腔医院管理有限公司、北京光创物成材料科技有限公司和北京瑞佳美科技有限公司等.

北京数字化医疗3D打印协同创新联盟筹备期间,得到了北京市科委和教委的大力支持,经过北京工业大学的组织和部署,组建了以蒋毅坚教授为领衔专家的团队、成立了数字化医疗3D打印领导小组和数字化医疗3D打印办公室。同时,北京工业大学牵头联合有关单位,重点突破数字化医疗3D打印材料、工艺与装备、工具软件关键技术,建立国内首创和世界一流的“数字化医疗3D打印协同创新中心”与“服务平台”,进行技术、机制体制和商业模式创新,拉动数字化医疗3D打印产业链发展,成为高校科研跨学科,有组织的改革试点。

经过一年的努力,目前获批2个中心和2个北京市重点项目。在应用方面,由北京工业大学开发的数字化医疗3D打印模板导向技术在内蒙古自治区肿瘤医院微创介入中心成功地为一名上颌窦癌患者实施了放射性粒子植入术

业界表示,联盟的成立促进了工程中心的建设与运作模式的探索,如以企业和市场需求确立研发方向,进行基础研究、应用开发、产业化“全研发链”的协同攻关;政府引导,发挥高校在国家科技创新中心的纽带作用,带动多方位科技创新。盘活了高校和北京的科技及创新资源、聚焦人才、服务产业、孵化高精尖企业方面,为北京科技创新中心建设做出了探索。

Beijing set up the Collaborative Innovation Alliance of Digital Medical 3D Print In order to solve the main problems existing in current 3D print industry including materials, equipment, technology, software and application etc., Beijing set up the 3D Print Collaborative Innovation Alliance of Digital Medical. This Alliance hold the opening ceremony on Oct.28. The alliance member units include China National Pharmaceutical Group, China National Pharmaceutical Foreign Trade Corp, Beijing Jingcheng Mechanical & Electrical, Taiji Computer Corp, An Tai Polytron Technologies Inc, Beijing Longyuan Automatic Molding System Co Ltd, Beijing Dazu Han Shi high Power Laser Equipment Technology, Beijing Haimu Laser & NC Development, Beijing Feihong Laser, Beijing Science and Technology, Materialise from Belgium, EOS from Germany, Chinese Academy of Sciences Institute of Automation, General Hospital of PLA, Stomatological Hospital of Peking University, Jiamei Dental Hospital, Beijing Light of Creation and Beijing Ruijia Technology Co., and etc.

This Collaborative Innovation Alliance of Digital Medical 3D Print, has got strongly supported by Science and Technology Commission and Beijing Municipal Education Commission. Beijing University of Technology has put great effort in organizing and implementation. They have set up an expert’s team. Professor Jiang Yi-jian is the leader for the team of digital medical 3D print.

The goal of this Alliance is to make the breakthrough of the 3D print materials, equipment, and software technologies. They focus their effort on the establishment of the first domestic and collaborative digital medical 3D PRINT “innovation center” and “service platform”. Through those efforts, the Alliance will consolidate the innovations of technology, hence to stimulate the development of the industrial chain of digital medical 3D printing.

After a year of efforts, currently they got 2 centers and 2 key projects approved. On application side, the pilot project has been reported as “Chinese Doctors First to Use 3D Printing to Create Template for Radioactive Seed Implantation Cancer Surgery” in inner Mongolia.

This approach are expected to have very positive effect in terms of promoting the collaboration between markets and universities, strengthening the link between the basic research, application development and industries, empowering the universities to be the innovation center of the national science and technology, and driving the multi-directional technology to be focused on the talents and service industry. The Collaborative Innovation Alliance of Digital Medical 3D Print is going to contribute and to enhance the innovation power of Beijing.
